"Localize" an SVGThe purpose of this form is to take an SVG drawing which you've already created in GPS Visualizer and modify it so that it will work off-line or on your own Web site. To use this form, you must have already saved an SVG on your local hard drive. Then you can upload it into this form, and GPS Visualizer's server will either (a) create a simple JPEG, or (b) strip out some unnecessary code and modify the link to the background image, generating a new SVG. NOTE: If your file's background is "Europe & US: political map (street-level)", the background will not be able to be embedded, because those maps come from a copyrighted source! * You probably don't want to "delete ALL interactive code"; if you do that, you won't be able to move the labels around anymore. (On the other hand, if your waypoints are linked to URLs -- a common scenario for geocaching maps -- deleting all the code has the happy side-effect of causing the waypoint labels to be linked in addition to the points.)
